Is the ceremony outdoors?
Yes, and although it is at 3:00 pm you may still want sunblock/sunglasses or other means of protecting your skin and eyes. Dinner is also outdoors but will be under a tent. A light jacket or shawl is recommended as summer evenings can be cool in the Berkshires.

Smoking is not permitted inside the Gingerbread House, under the dinner tent, or in the ceremony seating area. Please be courteous and select an outdoor place to smoke that won’t be disruptive to other guests and please dispose of your cigarette butts in receptacles provided.
Can I bring guests who are not included on the invitation?
The grounds have capacity limits and the bride and groom have also been selective in their guest list to make this as intimate an event as possible. They ask that you only bring those who are named on the invitation. If this poses a problem for you or if you feel someone has been left out in error please contact the bride directly. Please also be sure to RSVP by August 9th using the postcard included with your invitation. The bride and groom appreciate your cooperation with this!
Where should I go when I arrive at the wedding site?
Traffic Officers will direct you to parking. After you park you will be greeted in the Gingerbread House before you head out back to the pond for the ceremony.
Can I take pictures?
Of course! Please also know that all of the pictures taken by John Fitzpatrick, the wedding photographer, will be available for you to view and purchase from this website after the event. |
